PT. Indohealth is a company engaged in the sports equipment distribution sector, especially selling fitness such as treadmills, elliptical bikes, home gyms and therapy equipment. The background of this research that giving compensation sometimes creates social jealousy between one employee another. This very detrimental to because work result will be ineffective, company's turnover decrease. generally aims general from determine effect Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction at Pekanbaru. Many factors affect job satisfaction, including; incentive factors. study uses quantitative approach data collection methods interviews, observations, questionnaires. sample technique use census method. Based results t test using SPSS program, tcount 5.623 obtained, when compared ttable value 2.039, so > (5.623> 2.039) it can concluded affects variable satisfaction
